You agree not to use this site, or any material herein, for any commercial or competitive purposes or for any other purposes which may be harmful or detrimental to Jimmy's Coffee or its business.

CHANGES TO WEB SITE

Jimmy's Coffee reserves the right to make changes or modifications to this web site or to any of the policies referenced herein at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice, effective immediately upon posting on this website. Jimmy's Coffee may in its sole discretion terminate, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of products or features, at any time and without notice or liability.

PRICES

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices may change without notice. Prices are at all times subject to availability and nothing herein shall constitute an “offer to sell.” Depending on your province, you may be required to pay use tax on purchases for which sales tax has not been collected. If your delivery address is outside Canada, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you. Jimmy's Coffee will affix a customs label to all international shipments containing a description and a valuation of the contents of the shipment.

ORDERS

Merchandise displayed on this site may be out-of-stock or discontinued or available in limited quantities only.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Jimmy's Coffee. The receipt of a confirmation email is simply an acknowledgment of the receipt of your requested order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Jimmy's Coffee reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation at any time.

LIMITATION OF REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
